As a Las Cruces native/LCHS Alumni, Barkley has a wealth of knowledge about Las Cruces culture, land, and neighborhoods. A former US Army Paratrooper with 2 combat deployments to Iraq, he embodies the Army’s values of: honesty, loyalty, and integrity in everything he does. Barkley has a natural propensity for customer service and a drive to win for his clients but does so with a calm demeanor and a smile. His ability to observe what the client’s needs are and listening to their wants has made him an instant success and a client favorite.

Barkley was born into an entrepreneurial family, so customer service and people skills are in his DNA. His love for real estate came from years of experience building and remodeling houses, and has given him the ability to know a house inside and out! He realized that he couldn’t change the world for everybody, but the right property can change somebody’s world and that’s a great start.
