Pledge to Clients: My pledge to my clients is to provide you with exceptional brokerage services using the most innovative and contemporary real estate techniques in the market today. From beginning to end, I will treat you and your real estate needs in the same way I would want to be treated if I was the client and you were my broker. I understand that buying or selling a home is one of the most important processes we will ever be involved in during our life. You are not just another “deal” to me, but rather a person who should be treated with respect and provided with vigorous representation. I will do everything I can to build a relationship with you that is based on trust, keeping you informed, and professional service. After the transaction is complete, I will not have been successful if you do not feel that it was the best real estate transaction you have ever been a part of.

Professional Experience: I spent 21 years in local government as a public servant. I understand what it means to have a servant’s heart and as your real estate broker my job is to ensure that you are satisfied with every aspect of the real estate transaction and our relationship. Additionally, I am also a local business owner and I will vigorously advocate for you just as I do for my business dealings. Over the past 16 years I have gained experience in purchasing, selling and building homes as well as managing a rental property.

Education: I am licensed by the New Mexico Real Estate Commission as an Associate Real Estate Broker. I also have an Associate’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree with a Supplemental Degree from New Mexico State University. In addition to my years of formal education, I have many years of professional negotiations and management experience.

Outside Interests: When I’m not assisting clients, I love to build vintage hot rods, travel all over the country, and improving on my Spanish language skills.

Personal Information: I have lived all over the U.S, from Florida to Alaska, but the last 30 years of my life have for the most part, been spent in the Mesilla Valley. I am a graduate of Las Cruces High School and New Mexico State University. I am also a veteran of the United States Navy and a green chile addict (Thank God for Hatch, N.M.)!
